I am in Central New Hampshire. I recommend being available to do 4-6 visits close together so I can make you an individualized wellness plan. You can do two visits per day over 2-3 days (making it possible to move quickly to the action phase or if you live at a distance you can stay locally for 3 days and enjoy beautiful NH around your visits with me) or space these out. Whatever is best for your schedule.
