How to add salt water to your diet

I start my morning with 1/4 teaspoon of Celtic sea salt in a small glass of water, and then I follow that with a glass of water. During the day I also add plenty of Celtic sea salt to my foods and make sure I am drinking lots of water. If I am feeling dehydrated I will also add a small pinch of Celtic sea salt to my tongue then drink a small glass of water. I do this until I am feeling more hydrated.

Another option I have read is to simply add a small pinch (a couple crystals) of sea salt to your tongue with every glass of water. This way you aren’t drinking salt water (if the taste doesn’t work for you), but you are still having the benefits.
